Delivery Policy

Delivery is arranged after an order has been successfully confirmed.

Confirmation

Our team will contact you using the phone number submitted with the order to confirm the item, amount, destination, and suitable delivery arrangements. Unconfirmed orders are not dispatched.

Delivery area and timing

Delivery is available to serviceable locations in Kenya. Timing depends on the destination, order-confirmation time, stock availability, courier capacity, and events outside reasonable control. An estimated timeframe will be provided during confirmation; it is not a guaranteed deadline.

Charges

Any delivery fee will be clearly communicated before dispatch. Please confirm the total payable amount during the confirmation call or message.

Receiving an order

Provide an accurate, reachable phone number and delivery location. Where inspection is permitted by the courier, check that the package matches the confirmed order before completing payment. Report visible damage or an incorrect item promptly.

Failed delivery

Delivery may be rescheduled or cancelled when the recipient cannot be reached, the location is incorrect or unsafe, or the order cannot reasonably be completed.
